	Kentucky has added thousands to an incentive fund for Quarter Horses, Paints, etc. (all non racing breeds) for foals conceived and foaled in Kentucky! When the eligible foals begin their show career, for every point they earn in pleasure, reining, dressage, etc. they get incentive fund money, to be distributed among all the eligible foals enrolled for that year. It is alleged to be over $500 for each point!! In 2009 the KY Paint Horse Association, the mare will have to be bred in Kentucky, so 2008 is the last year that shipped semen across state lines will be permitted.
